What to expect when you are two weeks pregnant.

At two weeks pregnant, you might experience some early signs of pregnancy, such as:
A missed period
Light spotting or bleeding
Tender or swollen breasts
Nausea or vomiting
Increased urination
Fatigue
Mood swings
Bloating or gas
A heightened sense of smell
Cervical mucus that's more slippery, wet, and stretchy
You might also experience brief lower abdominal pain, known as Mittelschmerz, which is a slight ache or twinge in the pelvis caused by ovulation.
You can confirm a pregnancy with a pregnancy test after a missed period. Pregnancy tests measure the presence of the hormone hCG in your body.
If you're pregnant, you can start taking a prenatal vitamin with at least 400 micrograms (mcg) of folic acid every day. Folic acid reduces the risk of certain birth defects.
You should see your doctor if you have bleeding that's heavier than spotting or that is accompanied by pain. This could be a sign of something more serious, such as miscarriage or an ectopic pregnancy
